COVID POLICY

COVID POLICY FOR FLYING – STUDENTS AND HIRERS

  • Do not attend if you are feeling poorly or are showing any of the COVID-19 symptoms which include a higher than normal temperature, a cough, shortness of breath or a loss of smell or taste.
  • On arrival at the school, please use the hand sanitizer provided at the entrance door.
  • You will be asked to fill in a health declaration before your flight.
  • If you wish to bring your own face covering or gloves, please feel free to do so. Face coverings will be compulsory for passengers outside your household.
  • Please bring with you your own headset if you have one. If you would like to borrow a headset, you will be asked to purchase your own mic sock (£4) which you can keep for future use, and we will ensure the headsets are sanitised between users.
  • Before and after your flight, please use the sanitising wipes to wipe down the inside of the cockpit that you touch, including door handles and seatbelts.
  • After your visit, please use the hand sanitizer as you leave.

COVID POLICY FOR TRIAL LESSONS / INTRODUCTORY FLIGHTS

  • Do not attend if you are feeling poorly or are showing any of the COVID-19 symptoms which include a higher than normal temperature, a cough, shortness of breath or a loss of smell or taste.
  • On arrival at the school, please use the hand sanitizer provided at the entrance door.
  • In addition to the registration form and the usual safety briefing, you will be asked to fill in a health declaration before your flight.
  • If you wish to bring your own face covering or gloves, please feel free to do so. Face coverings will be compulsory for passengers.
  • Headsets will be provided for your flight, however you will be asked to purchase a microphone covering (£4 each), as these cannot be sanitised. We will ensure the headsets are sanitised between users.
  • After your visit, please use the hand sanitizer as you leave.

COVID POLICY FOR ATTENDING THE FLYING SCHOOL:

  • Do not attend if you are feeling poorly or are showing any of the COVID-19 symptoms which include a higher than normal temperature, a cough, shortness of breath or a loss of smell or taste.
  • On arrival at the school, please use the hand sanitizer provided at the entrance door.
  • If you wish to bring your own PPE, please feel free to do so.
  • Please maintain at least 1m distance from any other person at all times.
  • Please bring with you your own equipment you may need to use such as pens, notepads, Nav equipment etc.
  • We will sanitize all surfaces before and after your visit.
  • We will ensure all rooms are adequately ventilated.
  • After your visit, please use the hand sanitizer as you leave.
