Discount Schemes
Aircraft Hire
We are presently offering a discount scheme to
pilots wishing to fly our Cessna 150 and Cessna 172 aircraft.
Club
150- Members of Club 150 pay an upfront, non refundable annual fee of
£275. The fee entitles the member to hire our Cessna 150 for an
hourly rate of £74 per hour, from the 1st of April 2010
until 31st of March 2011.
Club
172- Members of Club 172 pay an upfront, non refundable annual fee of
£375. The fee entitles the member to hire our Cessna 172 for an
hourly rate of £90 per hour, from the 1st of April 2010
until the 31st of March 2011. In addition, members of Club 172
also enjoy the benefits of Club 150 when hiring our Cessna 150.
Both schemes offer pilots a flexible discount
on aircraft hire without the huge upfront payments required to buy hours.
The more you fly before 31st March 2011, the greater your savings on the
hours flown.
Eg. A pilot flying 20 hours on Club 150 could
save over £300 (15%)
All hirers must be members of Fenland
Aero Club. Fenland Flying School reserves the right to
apply a fuel surcharge at any time throughout the period of membership.
Such a surcharge will only be applied to cover increase in costs of fuel.

Pilots can join the scheme at any time throughout
the year but the joining fee will be charged according to the above i.e. a
pilot joining Club 150 in November will still be liable for the full £275
fee. A pilot joining the scheme after December the first will be charged
the reduced winter rate.
Course
Packages
At present, all discounts for flying training
and ground school are on application. All discounts will be based upon an
upfront payment for a course in its entirety or a large portion thereof. We
regret that at this time, we may not be able to offer such discounts.
